Welcome Speakers.

What’s Important This Year

Please type ALL information exactly as it will be shown in the program book and online.

  1. Titles should be short and eye-catching.
  2. Descriptions should accurately describe the session and be written in complete sentences and be grammatically correct.  Descriptions that are too long for the program book will be edited to fit the space allowed.
  3. AV equipment - One overhead projector, screen, and power cord will be provided in every room.  This is the only equipment that CAMT will provide.  Computers and computer projection devices will not be provided.
  4. The CAMT registration fee is waived for one speaker per session presented.  This does not include TCTM membership.
  5. Speakers are responsible for reading and following the Speaker Guidelines.
  6. You have the responsibility to present for the full amount of time scheduled for your presentation.  If you finish early, offer a question and answer time.
  7. Please make sure home addresses are given for any presenters.  CAMT is a volunteer organization.  Many calls are made by volunteers after business hours.
  8. If you do not receive a mailed confirmation letter about your session by late December, please assume that there is a problem and contact the CAMT office.

And, THANK YOU!
