Booth priority will be given to sponsors first and exhibitors selling mathematics products or services and by the date payment is received. By agreeing to exhibit at CAMT, you and your employees will be required to abide by the CAMT Exhibitor Guidelines.  Exhibitors whose booths are vacated or dismantled in any way prior to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday will not be allowed to exhibit the following year.

Setup And Costs

Sunday, June 25  – 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. (Move In)
Monday, June 26 – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 27 – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 28 – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Booth Costs
Island Booth 20 x 20 feet  –  $4400
Split Island Booth 20 x 10 feet  –  $2200
Two Inline Booths 10×20 feet – $2000
Standard Inline Booth 10 x 10 feet  –  $1000
Corner Booth  –  $1250

Booth Information

Booths will be constructed of sturdy tubing, 8 foot tall with flameproof back drapes and have 3 foot tall flameproof dividers;  and each 10 x 10 booth will be furnished with one 6 foot white skirted table, two chairs and a 7 x 44 inch identification sign. Space will be assigned in order of payment date and registration approval.  Booths will be assigned by May 1, 2024.  The CAMT office will contact you with your assigned booth number(s) prior to May 15th.  A link to the exhibitor service kit through TXExpo that will include order forms for shipping, additional furniture, and electrical equipment will be posted on the CAMT website.  Internet must be ordered directly through Smart City Networks.
