Registration for exhibitors will open on April 15, 2021.
Booth priority will be given to exhibitors selling mathematics products or services and by the date payment is received. By agreeing to exhibit at CAMT, you and your employees will be required to abide by the CAMT Exhibitor Guidelines. Exhibitors whose booths are vacated or dismantled in any way prior to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday will not be allowed to exhibit the following year.
Once payment is received, a company will be assigned and notified of a confirmed booth space.

Virtual Booth Costs One Virtual Booth – $500
Exhibitors may submit one presentation in a grade band by May 1, 2021 for the program committee to review and approve for the program.
Booths will be constructed of sturdy tubing, 8 foot tall with flameproof back drapes in red and yellow and have 3 foot tall red flameproof dividers; be fully carpeted in blue, and each 10 x 10 booth will be furnished with one 6 foot white skirted table, two chairs and a 7 x 44 inch identification sign. Space will be assigned in order of payment date and registration approval. Booths will be assigned by June 15, 2021. The CAMT office will contact you with your assigned booth number(s) prior to June 30th. A link to the exhibitor service kit that will include order forms for shipping, additional furniture, and electrical equipment will be posted on the CAMT website. Internet must be ordered through Smart City online here.
